Every year, I’m amazed to look back at what our grantee partners accomplish in 365 days. So this year’s Annual Report tries to capture our collective achievement. It’s more than just a catalog of events; it’s an exploration of the phenomenal work—both high-profile and subtle—that made our 20th year of service.
At the same time, there remains an abundance of need – across our community and the world – for solutions to the ongoing challenges posed by a lack of access to health care, adolescent pregnancy, HIV, substance use and mental health. With a laser-like focus on what we want to accomplish, led by a diverse Board of Directors and guided by a strong staff, Cone Health Foundation is well-positioned to invest in health and create change.
