Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation invites applications to the fourth class of the Nonprofit Leadership Academy, an intensive leadership learning lab to help nonprofits develop the leadership, culture, and strategy needed to adapt and thrive in today's changing context.
 

 

The Academy spans 11 months and is designed to provide focused resources and support to help nonprofits become more adaptive organizations. The program requires a team of two staff and two board members, and a high level of commitment from participants.

Important Dates  

  • All applications are due by 5:00 p.m. EDT on May 16, 2018. 

  • Early bird applications qualify for a reduced commitment fee and must be submitted by April 11, 2018. 

  • Decisions will be made by mid-July.
