Google.org focuses their funding on initiatives that include education, economic opportunity, sustainability, and arts and culture. These initiatives align well with Fund for the Triangle’s impact areas – Sustainable Communities, Cultural Arts, Education & Youth, and Capacity Building. The funds raised from this campaign will allow the Foundation to make larger grants to more local nonprofits, create stable funding for newer grant funding, and build the endowment for sustainable support in the future.
