RAF is a private, non-operating foundation founded in 2001 with proceeds from the merger of Annie Penn Hospital with the Cone Health System. The Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The service area is Rockingham County, NC with a particular focus on city and vicinity of Reidsville.
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Relevant experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or for-profit field.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and information technology skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people in Rockingham County.
- Visible leader who will effectively communication RAF’s vision and values.

Salary and benefits
The salary for this position will range from $81,750 to $136,250 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits offered include medical insurance, life insurance, retirement, and paid leave.
